You are unable to scan multiple pages using Apple Macintosh's Image Capture application.

Two network scan methods

Scanning via Host

  1. Open Image Capture application.

  2. Select the printer under SHARED panel.

  3. On the MFP, load the documents to be scanned on the scanner unit.

  4. Press Scan.

  5. When a host-initiated scan is performed, make sure the printer is in a Ready state, and Press # (pound) and then press the profile or shortcut number, e.g.,1.

This will connect the network device to the driver. To cancel the scan job, press Abort from the operator panel.

Scanning via Flatbed

  1. Load the documents to be scanned on the scanner unit.

  2. When a device-initiated scan via flatbed is performed, to complete scanning, go to printer's operator panel and press 2 after the scan to end the job.

  3. From the device panel, make sure the device is in Ready state. Press # and then %d.

  4. Press OK, Check, or Continue on the panel to start Scan.

  5. To cancel scan job, press Abort.
