Smart Card Authentication

An application error has occurred message after badge-in or entry of username/password authentication for Pharos BluePrint 4.2

What you will see

You badge-in or enter your authentication username and password credentials and receive an 'An application error has occurred' message.

Suggested Remedy

To add a managed device:

  1. Go into the Blueprint Administrator, Secure Release > Print Groups.

  2. If the terminal of the used MFP is not in a print group, add it by using the Add Managed Device button.
