Touch Screen on the X85X MFP Will Not Light Up

The touch screen on your multifunction printer (MFP) goes black after about five minutes and will not light up when pressed.

1. Touch the screen in a variety of locations to try to wake the MFP up.



2. If this fails, power the MFP off and then back on.



3. If the MFP still does not light up, please contact Lexmark Technical Support.
