Screen Freezes on "Scanning..." on the X64X and X85X MFP

The screen stays at “Scanning…” while a print job is printing and a non-interrupt scan job is being executed.

Turn on interrupt copy. A copy job will interrupt the print job.orWait until the print job completes to execute the scan job. NOTE: A non-interrupt scan job cannot be cancelled. If a print job is being executed, it must complete prior to the start of scan job execution. During this time, the "scanning&quot ; message may remain on the screen.
