Unable to determine your group. Please contact a system administrator to resolve is seen upon swiping your badge for credential authentication.
Suggested remedy
Remove or correctly configure the Device Authentication value for the badgeauth application.
To do this:
Open LMC and/or the eSF configuration of badgeAuth esf application
Scroll down to the bottom of the configuration page for BadgeAuth and find Device Authorization.
Either specify a correct value for a valid ldap group or remove the value.
Explanation
BadgeAuth app's group value in "Device Authorization" will try to query LDAP for that group upon authentication. If this value is not configured correctly, authorization will fail if this value cannot be verified.
