The following information will be seen on the network card banner page:

  • Job Owner:

  • Host O/S:

  • File Name:

  • Job Source:

  • Queue Name:


Note:

If your observed banner page contains information that differs from the items listed above, it is likely the banner page is originating from somewhere other than the printer.

Banner Page: Embedded Web (http) Server

(C52Xn, T64X, W84X, C77X, X64Xe, X85Xe, N7000e, N7002e)

  1. Enter the printer/print server TCP/IP address into the browser's URL address field (e.g.

    http://10.10.10.10

    ).

  2. Click Configuration.

  3. Click General Settings.

  4. Place or remove a checkmark next to Banner Page as appropriate, then click Submit.

Banner Page: Embedded Web (http) Server

(MarkNet N7020e - 4 USB ports)

  1. Enter the print server TCP/IP address into the browser's URL address field (see the example in Step 1 above).

  2. Click Configuration.

  3. Click Network/Ports.

  4. Click USB Port Configuration.

  5. Place (or remove) a checkmark next to Banner Page for each USB port (1-4).

  6. Click Submit.

Banner Page: Operator Panel

(MarkNet N7000e, N7002e, N7020e)

  1. Press

    .

  2. Press

    until the LCD displays Network Card. Press
    .

  3. Press

    until LCD displays Banner Page. Press
    .

  4. Press

    or
    to toggle between ON and OFF.

  5. Press

    to save the change. The message Submitting Selection is displayed on the LCD.

Banner Page: Universal Configuration File

(UCF)

- Advanced Users

  1. Create a UCF, setting the UCF operator INTBANNERPAGE to 0 (disable) or 1 (enable). Click

NOTE:

32 and 64 bit operating systems require an additional blank line below the UCF operator.

NOTE:

For the X64Xe and X85Xe products, it is recommended to send the file through the

Import/Export Settings

option on the web page. Path: Configuration, Import/Export, Import Settings File.

Banner Page: MVP

MVP does not allow direct control of this feature, but does allow access to the http server via

Web Page (print server)

under the All Tasks option.
