How to Find and Select Bookmarks using the X644e, X646e, X85Xe, X772e and 4600 Scanner Products

Overview

This article explains how to access and print bookmarks created via MarkVision Professional 11's Bookmark Management feature.

Selecting Bookmarks: Pull Printing*

Press the back button to go back one or multiple levels while performing this procedure.

Step	Action
1	Press Held jobs. Click Image for a sample.
2	next to Bookmarks, or press Search Held jobs to perform an immediate search for an existing bookmark. Note: Selecting Search Held jobs will perform a search of ALL held jobs stored on the device. This includes Profiles (shortcuts) created by Lexmark Document Solution Services (LDSS), USB flash drive contents and Bookmarks; however, this search excludes confidential print jobs. Click Image for a sample.
3	Press the right arrow keynext to the bookmark folder or press Search Bookmarks. Note: Selecting Search Bookmarks will perform a search of ALL bookmarks stored on the device. Click Image for a sample.
4	Press the right arrow key next to your bookmark, or press Search (Folder_Name). -If unsure about which folder contains a specific bookmark, press the Back button, and utilize the Search Bookmarks option. Click Image for a sample.
5	Press the - or + but tons to adjust the number of copies, and then press Print. Click Image for a sample.

Note: Search terms should not be case-sensitive. If you experience this anomaly, please contact Lexmark Technical Support for information on updating code levels. *Utilizing Bookmarks and Pull Printing may require some additional TCP/IP configuration changes. These settings can be accessed though the device's embedded web server (web page), e.g.http://printer's_IP_address.
