Card Copy App Does Not Show All Installed Trays

What you will see

You are unable to set tray four ( 4) or five ( 5) as the Default Tray for Card Copy version 2.9.8 or lower.

This option is found under the embedded web server ( EWS) > Settings > Embedded Solutions, Device SolutionsSolutions (eSF), or AppsApps Management > Card Copy > Configure tab > Default view the steps to access EWS.

Suggested Action

To resolve this issue, update the Card Copy app to a later version.
