How to Use the "To Format" Setting in the Fax Server Setup on the X64X and X85X MFP

This article explains how the To Format setting in the Fax Server Setup is used.

This setting controls how the fax images are addressed when they are sent to the fax server. The user is presented with the normal fax dial pad when the MFP is in fax server mode. The MFP administrator must pre-configure the fax addressing scheme; the To Format setting allows for this.

Use [#]@fa x.mycompany.com as the format (see examples below). Thus a user's fax to 18595551212 will be sent to 18595551212@fax.mycompany.com.
