What you will see
You cannot redial a fax number when the printer has the Ringdale FollowMe app installed and enabled. You may encounter any of the following symptoms:
- Nothing happens upon pressing Redial.
- Redial button is grayed out.
- Pressing Redial generates old numbers or a set of unusual numbers.

NOTE: Other models not listed here could be affected. An x denotes any number within a given printer model series.
Recommended solution
Update the printer’s firmware to the corresponding version:
