Suggested Remedy
Make sure that Universal is not your selected paper size. Change the paper size to accurately depict the size of paper installed in your paper tray.
Explanation
Universal paper size is an incompatible paper size for fax transmission log printing.
Fax Log Settings:
- Transmission Log = Print log
- Auto Print Logs = On
- Log Paper Source = Tray 1
Under Paper Menu:
Paper Size/Type Tray 1 Size = Universal
