Overview
Some features for Display customization & Background and Idle screen are not available on the Lexmark CS820 printer.
Issue verification
Access the printer's embedded web server (EWS).
Go to Settings > Security > Manage Permissions.
Check if the following options are available; Slideshow, Change Wallpaper and Screen Saver.
Should these options be unavailable, please refer to the recommended solution to fix this issue.
Recommended solution
The issue was found to occur in version 4.5.2 for Display customization & Background and Idle screen apps.
To resolve this issue, both apps will need to be update to version 4.5.3 or higher. The following apps are available on the Lexmark virtual solutions center (VSC).
Additional information
The missing features are a requirement for the Lexmark print management (LPM) solution to work.
