Paper jam in the mailbox

  1. Open the rear mailbox door.

  2. Remove the jammed paper.

    Note:  Make sure that all paper fragments are removed.

  3. Close the door.

  4.  If the jam is in the mailbox bin, then remove the jammed paper.

    Note:  Make sure that all paper fragments are removed.

  5. If necessary, press on the control panel.
