Headphones volume will reset to default value after the session is logged out, when the printer wakes from Sleep or Hibernate mode, or after a power‑on reset.
From the control panel, select Settings > Device > Accessibility > Headphone Volume.
Select the volume.
Use the fax darkness setting of your printer to fine-tune image and text quality.
Change the display brightness to see printer icons and text more clearly.
