From the control panel, navigate to:
Settings > Device > Notifications > Jam Content Recovery
In the Jam Recovery menu, select On or Auto.
Print the document.
Are the jammed pages reprinted?
The problem is solved.
Contact customer support.
Enabling the collate setting allows your printer to assemble the pages of a document in proper order.
If you experience failure in getting incoming faxes, then make sure that the trays and the toner cartridge are not empty.
