Open a web browser, and then type the printer IP address in the address field.
Click Address Book.
From the Contacts section, add a contact.
Note: You can assign the contact to one or more groups.
If necessary, specify a login method to allow application access.
Apply the changes.
Quickly send messages to your colleagues without manually inputting each of their e‑mail address.
Remove duplicate or inactive contacts to clean up your Address Book.
