From the home screen, touch Settings > Fax > Analog Fax Setup > Fax Receive Settings > Holding Faxes.
Select a mode.
Block unknown numbers to stop receiving unwanted fax messages.
Are your fax messages not going through? Make sure that your printer is connected to a working analog telephone service.
