Try one or more of the following:
From the home screen, touch Scan Center.
Note: The icon and name may have been changed. For more information, contact your administrator.
Select a destination, and then check its settings.
If the printer and destination are in different domains, then your administrator can identify the domain information.
Send documents to more than one destination at the same time by using the destinations created in Scan Center.
Are you unable to scan documents using a computer? Check the printer connection to the print server.
