Cannot scan to the selected destination

Try one or more of the following:

Make sure that the destination still exists
Make sure that the destination is configured correctly
  1. From the home screen, touch Scan Center.

    Note:  The icon and name may have been changed. For more information, contact your administrator.

  2. Select a destination, and then check its settings.

Make sure that the port number for the SFTP destination is set to 22
Contact your administrator

If the printer and destination are in different domains, then your administrator can identify the domain information.
