Shortcut icon does not appear
Try one or more of the following:
Make sure that the icon is set to appear on the home screen

Note: You can show only a limited number of shortcut icons on the home screen.
Remove unused shortcut icons
For more information, see Removing shortcut icons from the home screen.
Use the shortcut number
To use the shortcut number, press # followed by the shortcut number. To obtain your shortcut number, contact your administrator.
