Step 1  From the control panel, navigate to:  > Print >  > Layout >
Select Collate, and then press . Set Collate to On, and then press . Print the document.

Step 2 From the document that you are trying to print, open the Print dialog, and then select Collate. Print the document.

Step 3 Reduce the number of pages to print. Print the document.
