Scanning to multiple destinations

Load the document into the ADF tray or on the scanner glass.

From the home screen, touch Scan Center.

Note:  This application is supported only in some printer models. For more information, see Supported applications.

Do either of the following:

• Select one or more destinations.
• Use a shortcut. Touch , and then select the shortcut from the list.

Notes:

• You need a printer hard disk to use a shortcut with multiple destinations.
• For e‑mail destinations, make sure that the attachment does not exceed the e‑mail size limit. For more information, see the documentation for your e‑mail provider.

Scan the document.
