Sending cards as an e‑mail attachment

From the home screen, touch Card Copy.

Notes:

• This application is supported only in some printer models. For more information, see Supported applications.
• The icon and name may have been changed. For more information, contact your administrator.

Load the cards on the scanner glass. For more information, see Loading cards on the scanner glass.

Depending on your printer model, do either of the following:

• Enable Send to E‑mail or E‑mail.
• Touch , and then enable Send to E‑mail.

Configure the settings.

Note:  To use contacts from the Address Book, touch beside the recipient field.

If necessary, adjust the scan settings. For more information, see Adjusting the scan settings.

Touch Scan.
