Remove the tray.
Warning—Potential Damage: To prevent damage from electrostatic discharge, touch the metal plate at the back of the printer where the cables plug in before accessing or touching interior areas of the printer.
Remove the jammed paper.
Note: Make sure that all paper fragments are removed.
Insert the tray.
Access paper that is stuck behind the front door by removing the toner cartridge and the imaging unit.
Remove paper that is stuck in the trays to continue printing.
