Open a web browser, and then type the printer IP address in the address field.
Click Bookmarks > Add Folder, and then type a folder name.
Note: To limit access to the folder, enter a PIN.

Send e-mails from your printer using a shortcut option. Follow these steps to set up the shortcut.
Assign a shortcut name to a fax destination for convenience and easy recall.
