User has forgotten the password

Reset the user password

    You need administrative rights to reset the password.

  1. Click on the upper‑right corner of the page.

  2. Click User, and then select a user.

  3. Click Edit, and then change the password.

  4. Click Save Changes.

If you have forgotten your own password, then do either of the following:

  • Contact another Admin user to reset your password.
  • Contact Lexmark Customer Support Center.
