Printing jobs using automatic print release

Automatic print release is an organizational setting that lets users release their print jobs automatically after logging in. This setting prevents users from interacting directly with the printer when releasing print jobs. If enabled, then all print jobs in the user’s queue are released. After authenticating, a message appears that lets you cancel the automatic print release function. Notes:

• Make sure that automatic print release is enabled. For more information, see Configuring organizational settings.
• Only the print jobs of the authenticated user are released.
• This setting applies only in Print Release.
