Scan Management

Scan Management is a Lexmark Cloud service that provides a direct scan-to-cloud solution. Your organization can send scan jobs to the OneDrive and SharePoint cloud service providers securely. Scanned files are sent directly to the designated destination and do not pass or get stored in Lexmark Cloud Services.

Notes:

  • Users must have an active Microsoft account.​
  • Scanned documents are limited to 20MB file size.​

Using Scan Management, you can do the following:

Translation Assistant

  • The Translation Assistant web portal is a cloud solution that lets you upload a document in a source language and translate it to a target language. You can then download or e-mail the translated document. For more information on Translation Assistant Portal, see Translation Assistant.

Fleet Management

  • You can create notification policies for toner levels of printers. Users receive an e‑mail when the toner level reaches a certain percentage. For more information on notification, see Managing notifications.
