On uploading files with non‑English names to the print queue, the file names may appear as garbage characters in the PRINTJOBNAME column in the full data export report. The error also depends on the software application used to open the CSV file.
To open the file correctly using Microsoft Excel, do the following:
From Microsoft Excel, click Data > From Text/CSV.
Browse to the CSV file.
Click Open.
