If the enrolled printer communication status is Agent needs credentials, then update the agent access credentials.
Note: If the printers are managed using the Printer Agent, then the agent access credentials can be updated using the Embedded Web Server. For more information, see Accessing the Printer Agent.
The following steps are only applicable for Fleet Agent.
From the Fleet Management web portal, select a printer.
Click Printer > Update agent access credentials.
Select the authentication type for the printer administrator account, and then provide the credentials.
Click Update Credentials.
