Managing applications

From the Fleet Management web portal, click Printers.

From the printers list, click the printer identifier.

Note:  For more information on setting the printer identifier, see Managing views.

From the Installed Applications section, select one or more applications.

Do any of the following:

• To start the applications, click Start > Start App.
• To stop the applications, click Stop > Stop App.
• To remove the applications, click Uninstall > Uninstall App.
• To update the applications, click Update > Update.

Notes:

• Build-in application, or applications that came with the printer, cannot be removed or uninstalled using Lexmark Cloud Services.
• Only started applications can be stopped, and only stopped applications can be started.

From the Fleet Management web portals, select two or more printers.

Click Apps, and then do any of the following:

Start applications



1. Click Start > Continue.



2. From the Start Apps window, select one or more applications.



3. Click Start Apps.

Stop applications



1. Click Stop > Continue.



2. From the Stop Apps window, select one or more applications.



3. Click Stop Apps.

Update applications



1. Click Update > Continue.



2. From the Update Apps window, select one or more applications.



3. Click Update Apps.

Uninstall applications



1. Click Uninstall > Other apps > Continue.



2. Do either of the following:

   • To uninstall Cloud Print Management applications, click Cloud Print Management.
   • To uninstall specific applications, click Other apps, and then select one or more applications.


3. From the Uninstall Apps window, select one or more applications.



4. Click Uninstall Apps.

Notes:

• Build-in application, or applications that came with the printer, cannot be removed or uninstalled using Lexmark Cloud Services.
• Depending on the printer model, applications may have different names but perform the same function.
