Step 1
Enable caller ID.
From the home screen, touch Settings > Fax > Fax Setup > Fax Receive Settings > Admin Controls > Enable Caller ID.
Does the caller ID appear?
The problem is solved.
Contact customer support.
The Printer ID on the device information page does not display a 15 alphanumeric ID but instead displays one of the following messages: Not Connected; Needs internet connection; Device is not connected with Lexmark Cloud Services; Empty(null) string ; no printer ID
