From the home screen, touch Scan Center.
Note: The icon and name may have been changed. For more information, contact your administrator.
Select one or more destinations, and then touch .
Note: You need a printer hard disk to add more destinations for a shortcut.
Touch Create Shortcut, and then type a unique shortcut name.
Send documents to more than one destination at the same time by using the destinations created in Scan Center.
Use the Embedded Web Server to set up a copy shortcut for easy access to your custom copy settings.
