Shortcut icon does not appear

Try one or more of the following:

Make sure that the destinations used in the shortcut still exist
Make sure that the destinations are configured correctly
  1. From the home screen, touch Scan Center.

    Note:  The icon and name may have been changed. For more information, contact your administrator.

  2. Select a destination, and then check its settings.

Use the shortcut number

You can show only a limited number of application shortcuts on the home screen.

To use the shortcut number, press # followed by the shortcut number. To obtain your shortcut number, contact your administrator.

Contact your administrator

Your administrator can set the icon to appear on the home screen.
