Try one or more of the following:

Make sure that the printer fax mode is set to Analog
  • From the control panel, navigate to Settings > Fax > Fax Mode > Analog.
  • For non-touch-screen printer models, press to navigate through the settings.
Contact your administrator

You may have problems with your phone line.
