From the home screen, touch Shortcut Center.
Note: The icon and name may have been changed. For more information, contact your administrator.
Select a printer function, and then touch 
beside the shortcut.
Depending on your printer model, touch either Display on Home or Show on home screen.
Select an icon for your shortcut.
The printer returns to the home screen.
