Turn off the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet, and then from the printer.
Open the front door.
Remove the imaging unit.
Close the front door.
Remove the tray.
Position the printer on its side.
Remove the pick roller assembly.
Apply isopropyl alcohol to a soft, lint-free cloth, and then wipe the pick roller assembly.
Insert the pick roller assembly.
Place the printer in its original position, and then insert the tray.
Open the front door.
Insert the imaging unit.
Close the front door.
Connect the power cord to the printer, and then to the electrical outlet.
CAUTION—POTENTIAL INJURY: To avoid the risk of fire or electrical shock, connect the power cord to an appropriately rated and properly grounded electrical outlet that is near the product and easily accessible.
Turn on the printer.
