Red light on the convenience stapler

Try one or more of the following:

  • Close the staple access door.
  • Remove the loose staples.

    • Note:  After removing loose staples, two priming cycles are required before stapling. Insert a stack of paper into the stapler three times. The stapling starts at the third insertion.

  • Replace the staple cartridge.
