Garbage text is printed
Try one or more of the following:
Make sure that the printer RAM is at least 256MB
To view the printer RAM, from the control panel, navigate to:
Settings > Reports > Device > Device Information
For non‑touch‑screen printer models, press 
to navigate through the settings.
Note: From the printed report, the value for Installed Memory is the printer RAM.
Make sure that the printer supports mobile printing
