Translation Assistant

An error occurs when processing the document

Try one or more of the following:

Make sure that the document orientation is set correctly

For example, for documents printed in landscape orientation, select Landscape in the scan settings.

Note:  You must set Scan Settings in the application settings to Show so that you can change the scan settings.

Set Translation Timeout to a higher value

The maximum value for Translation Timeout is 300 seconds. For more information, see Configuring the application settings.
