32.60D error appears out-of-box when installing an after-market black imaging unit

Issue description

A 32.60D error appears on the control panel when a new after-market Black Imaging Unit is installed into a CS/X73x, C/S4342, or C/X4352 printer.

Solution

Contact support for assistance. A replacement imaging unit is required to fix the issue.
