Horizontal dark bands check

Issue description

Thin horizontal dark lines appear at 43 mm spacing in all colored printouts.

This is usually observed after extended shipping/storage with elevated temperature and humidity.

Lines typically go away after printing 150 pages. Nip lines do not degrade the supply in a way that limits it from meeting intended life.

1. Print the Print Quality Samples. From the control panel, navigate through: Settings > Report > Print Quality Pages.



2. Enter the settings menu: Print > Quality > Advanced Imaging > Color Adjust > Start, and print a test page.

Note:  Color Adjust can be performed at the control panel or the Embedded Web Server (EWS).
