Early 3.01 “The standard output bin is full” error

Issue description

The printer displays a 3.01 “The standard output bin is full” error despite the output bin not being full.

Solution

1. Examine the right side of the staple, hole punch finisher (SHPF), and compare it to the following illustration.

   


2. If the SHPF tray is not level similar to the preceding illustration, then realignment may be necessary. 



3. Contact customer support for assistance on the possible realignment.
