During the booklet job, the first sheet entering the bin jams on a guide which prevents the booklet job from completing as expected. This results in a 490.25 or a 491.23 jam error code. The paper jam is shown below.

Remove the jammed paper in the booklet finisher to continue binding, stapling, and printing.
Check the printer jam recovery settings to print the jammed pages.
