Missing fax server mode in fax settings with 2.8” panel size

Issue description

A fax server mode in fax settings is not available or missing.

Going through EWS > Settings > Fax setting > Fax mode > no fax server option.

Solution

Check the firmware and make sure that it is updated to FW74 or higher. The fax server is supported in 2.8” panel size devices since FW7.4.

After upgrading the firmware, import the EnableFaxServer.zip configuration file and restart the device.
