Overview When an administrator opens LMC > System > Reports > selects Job Report – CSV, and then sets the Report From and Report To date to an interval longer than seven days (such as Jan 1, 2016 to Feb 1, 2016), running the report will only generate jobs from Jan 26 to Feb 1, 2016.
Solution In tracking the LDD jobs for periods longer than seven days, the administrator needs to create a scheduled reporting task in Schedules. Refer to page 61 of LDD's Admin guide (version 4.9.1) for the steps in scheduling a task. The report must run every seven days in order to cover all the logs. LDD keeps the job logs for up to seven days only; hence, logs older than seven days are deleted. And the administrator cannot change this value.
