A Network Connection error displays upon creating a profile even after performing a memory wipe out. The issue is persistent when using a Native Auth Proxy set-up.
Related apps can still continue with a workaround of using the proxy settings from the "App Framework Configuration" settings. Perform the following steps:
Disable or clear the "Use printer's proxy settings" option.
After running the app using a framework configuration, enable the "Use printer's proxy settings" again.
If the issue persists, contact the next level of support for further diagnosis.
