Unable to Configure MarkNet Adapters with MarkVision Professional or Web Applet

• MarkNet XL, XLe, and MarkNet small cards:

  It is not possible to configure these with MarkVision Professional or the web interface. A TELNET session to port 9000 or an older utility like MarkVision Classic or Interwin will work with these adapters.

• MarkNet Pro or MarkNet S adapters:

• Check the firmware revision. Anything older than x.9.14 will not provide configuration options through a web browser or MarkVision Professional.To obtain the latest version of firmware for your print server:
  

  1. Click here

     and select Drive rs & Downloads.

  

  2. Select Network Adapters from the list of products and then choose your adapter.

  

  3. Click on Firmware and download the latest version for your adapter.

  It may also be necessary to activate the HTTP configuration setting with a TELNET session to port 9000.
