When printing a black‑only page document, a black background appears on the output with no other color present on the page.
Open Door B.
Remove the Waste Toner Bottle.
Unplug green cable.
Remove the imaging kit. Pull the unit out of the device and set on flat surface.
Press the pogo pin (A) to ensure it springs back out.
Reinstall the imaging kit and plug in the green cable.
Insert the Waste Toner Bottle then close Door A and Door B.
Perform a test print and check if the issue persists.
