The following scenario occurs when trying to copy from the Auto Document Feeder (ADF):
Note: The issue most likely started after replacing ADF maintenance kit.
Before calling for service, check whether the ADF Autocomp is installed and fully seated.
Open the ADF and remove the green cover.
Verify that the Autocomp is latched properly onto shaft.
INCORRECT:
If the Autocomp is not properly latched onto the shaft OR should the error persist even if the Autocomp is properly latched, contact Lexmark Technical Support to set up service for the printer.
